2.1 三套句型走全章

本单元只做三件事：问病情、说病情、转述医嘱。问用 What's the matter with…，答用 have a + 病症，转述医嘱用 told sb to do sth——三句连起来就是一次完整的关心。

问病情结构 What's the matter with + 人（you / him / Gary）?💬 What's the matter with you, Miss Ho?

答病情结构 人 + have / has + a + 病症💬 I have a stomachache.

转述医嘱结构 The doctor told + 人 + to + 动词原形💬 The doctor told me to get an X-ray of my arm.

问明情况台词 You didn't come to school today. What's the matter with you?要点 先说事实，再问病情

安慰叮嘱台词 Oh, dear. I'm sorry to hear that. Get well soon.要点 先同情，再祝福，顺序不能反

诊所候诊室里坐满了病人：Nurse Ann 逐个问诊，Miss Ho 捂着肚子说胃痛；Jenny 在咳嗽，Mrs Fong 感冒了，Danny 的手臂骨折了（P17）。B 板块换你来当 Nurse Ann 问一圈（P18）。到了 E 板块，好心的 Jim 给请假没上学的 Gary 打电话问明病情——手臂骨折，医生让他拍 X 光（P21）。三段连起来，就是「看病—问病—关心」的完整流程。

3.2 对话要点（台词全部来自课本）

4.1 故事背景

程先生和程太太（Mr and Mrs Cheng）常常觉得不舒服，每周至少要看一次冯医生（Dr Fung）。Dr Fung 总是乐呵呵的，他认真听完病人的话，然后——讲一个笑话。第一个笑话里，一位 lady 摸胳膊、腿、肚子都痛，答案却是「你的手指断了」；第二个笑话里，一个 man 看什么都成双；第三个笑话更妙：一位 lady 喝咖啡头痛，因为勺子还在杯子里！程氏夫妇每次都大笑着离开诊所——Laughter really is the best medicine.

4.2 故事脉络：一个病人一个笑话

起因关键句 Cheng 夫妇常常不舒服，每周至少看一次 Dr Fung'Mr and Mrs Cheng often felt unwell. They went to see Dr Fung at least once a week.'

第 1 个笑话关键句 lady 摸胳膊、腿、肚子都痛——其实是手指断了'Doctor,' she said, 'when I touch these places, I feel a pain.' ／ 'Your finger is broken!'

思考题：Did Dr Fung give Mr and Mrs Cheng any medicine?答案 No, he didn't. He told them jokes instead. 笑话就是他开的「药」。

4.4 读后思考

How did Dr Fung make his patients feel better?（课本 P19 导入问）参考答案 He listened to them carefully and told them funny jokes. They laughed and felt better.

为什么说 Laughter really is the best medicine？参考答案 因为笑能让人心情变好、病也感觉轻了，就像药一样灵。

But it's very expensive! 是真话还是开玩笑？参考答案 是开玩笑——程先生幽默地「心疼」看病的钱，说完大家都笑了。

如果你不舒服，你会怎么说、怎么做？参考答案 I have a headache. I think I should go to the doctor.

4.5 语言点：七个值得学的写法

often felt unwellfeel 的过去式是 felt；unwell 是「不舒服」的正式说法。

at least once a weekat least 至少；once a week 每周一次，twice a month 每月两次。

He listened to Mr and Mrs Cheng carefully.listen 后必须先加 to 再接人；carefully 是副词，修饰 listened。
